Vanilla Soft Serve Ice Cream Mix
Powder：Hot Water：Iced Water = 1：2：1.5。
Add 1kg Ice Cream Powder into 2kg Hot Water slowly while stir until fully dissolved.
Add 1.5 kg Iced Water(about 5 °C) and mix well to cool down the mixture(about 40 °C).
Pour the Ice Cream Mix into the ice cream machine and process. Once the machine finishes, it’s ready to serve!
※You may add fructose or replace the Iced Water with Iced Milk according to personal preference.
